   A un familiar se le olvidó el correo y el usuario de su cuenta premium y solo tenemos esta información (user/dcv55pci9az9clutlkl8ronhi) habrá alguna manera de saber el usuario con esto?

You can try to head over here and put the username you mention in the field. Have the user then check all email addresses he might have used in the past and the password reset email could be in one of the email inboxes 🙂
