Said i paid for it but still on free

I had the charge to my credit card today but i didn't get a receipt nor will it let me use premium but they charged me? i tried uninstalling and installing it back but it won't work.

It's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/
