Same account 2 different smartphone

Same account 2 different smartphone

I tried to use my account on my second smartphone but doesnt work, even if i click on a playlist of spotify the message that I read is "this playlist is empty, come back on the homepage"

Is it possible to use my account on my business smartphone? I don't need to use it at the same time of course.

It's indeed possible to log into your account on different devices. If you're still facing issues when trying to use your account on another smartphone, here are a few things you could try:

  • Double-check if you're logged into the correct account;
  • Try to restart the phone which you're facing issues;
  • Try a clean reinstall of Spotify on the affected device.

It didn't work... from laptop is ok but not from my second smartphone.
