My young nephew lives at the same physical address as me (the premium account holder) but uses a different wifi network from mine. Can I still add him as a member of my family plan without it being flagged as potentially a different physical address just because the IP will differ from mine?

if push came to shove, how could I prove it? he's too young to have bills in his name or a driving licence etc

I'm not aware of any cases where Spotify has gone this far when it comes to verifying the address. It should work with no issues 🙂
