My Question or Issue

I have a Samsung 6 month trial subscription and would like to add my wife to the account. Can I change to to a duo account and keep my trial going or how can I add her?

Unfortunately, you cannot change to a duo account during your 6 month trial period. Alternatively, what you can do is give your wife your account info and share an account together. I know it's not ideal but it's functioning!

It's not possible to keep the 6-month trial if you switch to a Premium Duo plan. The 6-month trial is only for the Premium Individual plan. More info about the Samsung 6-month trial can be found here.
