Saved music keeps deleting itself

I am Premium member on Spotify.

The Spotify app on my iPhone 6s kept deleting the music I saved for offline after a few days and then it would try download it again. I thought this might have been because my phone isn't the best, but just recently I bought a Samsung galaxy s8+. I installed Spotify and downloaded all my music but just 2 days later I find that the app is downloading it all again. Please help

Having the same issue on my android phone. Although I have paid for Premium with gift card, I keep receivng "Upgrade to Premium" message and music is being deleted from storage once per 3 days. Any solution for that?

That doesn’t help or fix the problem 🙄 I tried that already and I even created a fresh account and still face the same issue (even tried in another device)
