Saying different region so can't join?

Saying different region so can't join?

I have been sent the link to use the family account but it is saying we are not in the same region. We have checked the iCloud settings and we are both set to the UK. Any suggestions?

Hey @Dch87,

 

If your country codes appear different in your profiles, for example, one of them in uppercase and the other in lowercase, the system may treat them as different countries.

 

This is due to the fact that Facebook created accounts take the country information from the Facebook profile.
 
Tell your Family Admin (the one who pays) to send by himself the link generated through INVITE MEMBER BY LINK, instead of letting the system send the mail. Sometimes that solves it.
