Says I am no longer premium

Spotify claims that I am not longer a premium member, yet less than a month ago I redeemed a $30 card, and at first it didn't even try to deny that I was, maybe a week or two after I had redeemed it. How can this be? It even shows up on my account reciepts. I want to get what I pay for, or I'm finding a more reliable music subscription service.
