Says I’m abroad

I’m trying to log into my account and it’s says I’m abroad and I can’t use my account, but I’m home in the Uk and still won’t let me use Spotify, and when I try to change my profile location it won’t let me either???

Let's make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts following these steps. You might be logging in with a different account which could be causing this issue.

 

If you only have one Spotify account, let's make sure the country is set to the UK. You can find the steps to update your account's country here.

 

In case the account country is also set to the UK and you still get the same error message, your internet connection might be using a VPN to mask the location, so try logging in using a different one.
