Second computer does not show my followers, playlists, etc.

Hi,

I originally downloaded Spotify on my windows desktop. I started following people, I made a playlist, and had a few people follow me. I then downloaded Spotify on my Macbook and it thinks it's a brand new account even though I'm using the same one. On my Mac, I have no followers, no playlists, etc. However, all of the information is still there on my windows computer.

Please help.

I just received two email notifications from Spotify for posting this message. It seems like Spotify thinks I have two accounts even though they are the same exact account name.

It sounds like you do have two accounts, so try logging out and back in again ensuring you are using your Spotify username not your email address (if you have one) or your Facebook details.
