Second student account?

Hi,

I keep being told that my student credentials are being used elsewhere, but I can't find another account with my email.  I was trying to get Spotify student +Hulu, and it led me awry every time i tried to put in my college.Thoughts?

Could you try going to this website and typing in your student email address in the text box and clicking "SEND"? If there is an account linked to your email, the website will say "A message has been sent to you by your email with instructions on how to reset your password," in which case you can change the password and sign in to the account. If there is no account linked, the website will say "The email address you entered is not linked to a Spotify account."
