Hello. I am from Argentina, and the 6th of January i had my account breached. From France. I had a single e-mail in french, not even in MY language. I figured it out today, by trying to log in by mobile. They changed me to a family plan (that i already canceled). But the confirmation email wasn't even confirmed by me. But i had my password changed never the less. I checked if my email was accessed from another place and nothing (i also have 3 step verification)

 

This hack went for 3 days, without notice from spotify.

 

Now i want to know

Have i lost my promotion of 3 months for 9.99 ARS?

How could this have happened without confirmation from MY email?

Did my credit card info was leaked too?

 

I dont want to be obligated to terminate my subscription, but this is a serious breach. I had premium for nearly a month and this happened. I don't know if i want to keep paying for a service with this low security.
