Security concerns with spotify connect

I have read https://community.spotify.com/t5/Accounts/Security-hole-Remote-control-devices-on-other-networks-thr... but unfortunately cannot reply there.

I had a guest connected to my receiver via spotify connect. He is still able to control my receiver even though he is no longer in my network.

How can I remove that user from my receiver? I cannot ask *him* to logout. I expect to maintain control about my devices on my own.

Please advise.

This is a pretty common issue what is the solution is to go to your account settings and click sign out everywhere. Also for extra security change your password!
