Selected Incorrect Subscription just now! It won't let me upgrade to the Premium subscription

It's trying to charge me to upgrade the subscription.  I used a $10 gift card and prefer one month free of Premium.  Please offer a solution because I hate the Unlimited.  I want to play whatever I want, whenever I want.  I hate the shuffle option.  Help!  I need a customer service number to call.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that swapped over for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Hey Lashaunda482!

I have dropped the Unlimited code and have popped a Premium one in as a replacement.  If you log out and then log back in, you will get the Premium service.
