I have now paid 25.84$ for the past 2 months for spotify..that is outrageous and way to much money! And to top it off I haven't been able to access the services cause it keeps saying I need to purchase the premium which I have cause you people are charging me 25.84 a month on my cell bill and Rogers wirelss said there's nothing they can do i have to cancel with you. So please cancel my services an I want my money credit back to me as that is not what I agreed to for a monthly fee I thought I was getting a deal at 9.99 a month like it said. What a rip off. And I haven't even been able to use it as it keeps telling me I need to pay which I have been. I just got my 2nd bill with this stupid waste of money charge. I'm very upset and feel very ripped off. It also has no phone number for me to call anyone and I have to email you? I emailed spotify 2 times in regards to this an I keep getting an automated messaged back saying to come to the self help forum. So how are we to get any customer service if it is all automated ? I am so angry as I'm going to be charged again this outrageous fee for something I'm not even getting services for as my spotify is still under the free service an keeps telling me to upgrade. What the heck. I'm upset as I didn't even agree to have this amount charged to my cell bill every month. $25.84 a month is outrageous someone better help me God this soon. Please help

We've checked your account and can confirm it's active as Free. None of the payment attempts were successful, meaning no money's been taken. The funds should reappear on your statemtn shortly. We'd recommend contacting your bank for more info.
