Separate accounts

I have a separate account not linked to an email, and I can't log in because I just switched phones. How can I recover the account or cancel the premium I pay on that account?

Hello @cadenchambers,

 

Did you have a username on your last account? If so try logging in through that. If this does not work then you have two options. You can either cancel your subscription and start fresh, you can do so by clicking here or you can contact Spotify about the issue by clicking this contact form. Less hassle would most likely be canceling your Premium and starting a new one, but this means you will lose the playlists on your past account. Hope this helps.
