'Set device password' email never arrived

'Set device password' email never arrived

Tried this months ago, never arrived. Just tried again and still no dice. Email is 100% definitely valid and it has not been junked.

Pretty frustrating, especially as I've found it very difficult to figure out how to just contact Spotify?

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to get one of those emails out to you manually.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
