Sharing a song over spotify

Hi, me and a family member are both under the same "family account" and both use iphone's. When I share a song with her, "send to... message" when she clicks it, it doesn't open the song. Neither does "copy song link" Why would this be that it doesn't open and start playing the song on her end? I can't work it out but it doesn't happen with anyone else. Any help would be appreciated. That's odd. Were you able to do this with her before? Also, are you following each other? Have you tried using a different device?
