My Question or Issue

I tried to verify my Student ID through SheerID, but there was a posting issue with the web servers on SheerID, so the connection timed out. I now cannot try again as whenever I try to access the page, the SheerID states that I have already redeemed the student plan offer. I have tried accessing it in incognito but it doesn't change.

Actually, in this case, we cannot provide you any support for an issue you're experiencing with SheerID. I recommend that you try to contact the SheerID Customer Support to get help with it.

 

However, I ask you to keep me in the loop letting me know if they can solve your case.
