Showing Incorrect Country

Hi Community!

Little complicated situation. My partner and I have been living in England for 2 years. We both had premium accounts. We have recenlty moved to Canada living in our family house with 2 sisters and parents. The family premium has been advertised and I upgraded and changed my country to Canada, changed my payment details and my address. I added my partner to the family plan no problem however when I added my sister it says she is not in the same country as us. I went back to my account and on the overview it says GB however when I do go into editting mode it says Canada. I save again and the overview still says GB. My payment method reflects CAD.

What would you recommend to fix this problem and error? I have contacted spotify and are waiting for a response.

Since you've already added your new payment details, this means your account will switch to Canada on the next billing date. I suggest that you add your family members then, and it should work perfectly fine 🙂
