If you're having troubles toggling on the Shuffle button, we'd recommend taking a look at this Spotify Answer.

On another note, if you're having troubles with songs not shuffling properly, we'd suggesting checking this Spotify Answer instead. 

If these don't do the trick, it'd be helpful if you could let us know some additional information so we can take a closer look.

I meant the algorithm for shuffle. I keep getting the same songs.

Just to confirm, does this occur while using Spotify Connect? If so, keep in mind this is something ou tech teams are currently investigating. You can find more info here. You can also add your +VOTE there so you can stay up to speed with any updates we have to pass on.

It'd be also helpful if you could let us know if this occurs when shuffling a certain playlist or from a certain device.
