Sick of the spam, how do I remove my account?!

I have tried unsubscribing, setting my account o never notify and now I am sick of the spam. How do I delete my account?!?

I am having THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM. I have clicked "unsubscribe" about 4 times and nothing in my account is checked to receive these spam emails from them.


I just contacted Spotify and hopefully someone will fix this mess. Incredibly annoying.

Same here, I am so sick of the spam, unsubscribe has no effect, and there is no information on how to just delete your account and never have anything to do with them again!

That's an automated email. Sucks to be the receiving end of such a thing.


You can disable emails on the Edit Profile page:



As a sidenote, it looks like Spotify recently introduced a new 'suggested artist' email feature. It was set to on without my permission although I had all the other notifications set to off. I wouldn't have noticed that if I hadn't come here to help. Seems that they REALLY want to email crap to you.

If you're still getting emails you've most likely made a second account. We can help track that down for you.
