I'm signing in on Spotify using my fb account,but it's hacked and I want to change my fb account.how can I synchronize the Spotify with my new fb account without losing my data?

Okay. Unfortunately, there's no way to disconnect your Spotify account from the Facebook account. You could reach out to Spotify Support so they can move all your stuff over to your new account.
