Sign out everywhere does not sign everyone out

Hi i would really appreciate it if you could sign everyone out of my spotify as the "sign out everywhere" button only signs people out who are on it at that time. I have an ex who is on it ALL THE TIME so if you could do this asap i would be truly grateful. Thank you

Or you can just create a new password so your ex can not access your Spotify.

Unfortunately you can not change your email address at the moment without creating a new account on Spotify.
