'Sign out everywhere' doesn't work

Hi all,

Someone is using my account and when I click 'Sign Out Everywhere' it doesn't work. I'm still signed in on my phone. Presumably if this did work it would solve my problem. I really need to sort this out. The other person is deleting my saved albums and using the account frequently. Help!
