Paid for family subscription. Trying to sign up for daughter 1 - enter info on sign up page - spining icon appears over page and nothing else happens - eventually the captcha times out.
It must be to do with her specific details (presumably her email) because it does the same on different computers, different browsers, and trying to sign up with the android app also causes an error. In addition tried to sign up daughter 2 and it worked straight away no probs.
There is no account associated with her email when trying the "forgot email" link.
Is there a way to contact spotify direct - I have paid for a service and am not receiving it. The clock is ticking before I give up and go to amazon !!
