Sign up when in a different country than home

I have signed up for a family account, all family members live in the same address in the UK, but are at the moment in Spain. The link keeps assuming we want to see information in Spanish (Spotify too clever for its own good) and rejecting the requests to join, perhaps it is also assuming the

at the addresses of the people are also in Spain, there's no [country] field to fill in.  


is there a better way to force Spotify to always use one language and provide links that keep the language the same and allow the full address with country to be added instead of bouncing around?
