My Question or Issue

So I was signed out everywhere and my login credentials were no longer valid, I didn't receive an email saying my password had been changed so I don't think someone accessed the account nor there was any changes on my account, I was able to reset the password and sign in again with the original email on file, has anyone experienced this before? when I signed up for Spotify I didn't receive an email confirmation and I was only able to confirm it today when I signed up for the community, could that have been the issue? Thank you.

Sorry to hear this.

I'd recommend changing your password here, just in case - and to keep your account secure. Use a password that isn't repeated from other sites you have accounts on.
