Signed up for 24 month Vodafone Aus plan with 6 months free premium. Now have a non-premium account

Signed up for 24 month Vodafone Aus plan with 6 months free premium. Now have a non-premium account

So I have been a subscriber by credit card for a couple of years now and I took Vodafone up on their offer to give me 6 months free premium. Followed the steps to link the deal to my account and cancelled my credit card payment. I now only have a free account which is very frustrating.

 

I contacted Vodafone and they said that the accounts are linked on their end. My free subscription is slowly ticking down and the contact form you guys have just tells me to get on here, Facebbok, or Twitter. Please can anyone help me.

Hey, so I talked to both Spotify and Vodafone and both told me it was the
other companies problem and it all looked fine on each of their end. After
about 5-7 days I logged into Spotify and my Vodafone free months had kicked
in and I was back on premium.

I would definitely say your best bet is do the online chat with Vodafone
when it is available during the day because Spotify told me Vodafone can
access all your Spotify account info and check the free months is
definitely on.

Pretty bad process but at least I got there in the end. Those ads on
Spotify were killing my soul.

I have a similar problem. My Vodafone account says I'm subscribed, however I'm still on the free plan.
