Signed up for 3 months for 9.99 and in subscription says it's only for 1 month?

I followed a link, spotify.com/summer, and signed up thinking it was $9.99 for 3 months.

 

After the payment it says my card will be charged again 1 month from today? How do I contact support?

Yes, that is exactly the kind of customer I am. Except when I signed up for
the promotion I got one month instead of 3.

How do I go about correcting this oroblem?

Have you been a Premium user before? If not, was the payment method used for Spotify Premium purchases before?

Same thing happend with me, been a premium subscriber for around 3 years now, last month canceled so i decited to get the 9.99 for 3 months but says i only payed for 1 month and will charge me next month.

  1. Have you reverted to free service before April?
  2. Have you subscribed to the same trial last December (3 months for $9.99) and if you did, did you cancel your subscription before the 3 months were up?

The $9.99 for 3 months summer deal is applies to users who have subscribed to the same deal last December but didn't cancel their subscription before the 3 months run out

I don't think you're eligible but if you think that you're eligible for a refund, please get in touch with Spotify via the contact form or one of the social media channels. Their support team will be able to take a look at your issue and you'll hear from them shortly.
