Signed up for 60 day trail only got 30 days

So I have seen the ads showing how Spotify is free for 60 days and I decided to signup for it but after signing up I have only received 30 days of free trial. Is this some sort of bug?

This is a bit odd. Usually the trial offer on the Spotify website is 30 days.

Did you perhaps sign up for an offer via another service or with a promo? If that's the case, you should get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff to take a look under the hood for you by sending them a tweet or DM @SpotifyCares on Twitter.

I chased it up some more and you can get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff by sending them a tweet or DM @SpotifyCares on twitter or by using the contact form. You should also include Spotify's/Paypla's email notifying you of the promo.

Keep in mind that if you use the contact form, you will receive an automated reply directing you back to the help pages that you'll need to reply to, even if it's from a no-reply!

Support will get back within 24-48 hours.
