Signed up for 60 day trial only got 30 days?

I signed up for the 60 day trial offer I got, and I entered my card details. It told me I got the premium trial, yet it says that I only have it for 30 days until Nov 28. I am a little confused. I tried loging in and out, clearing history and cache and cookies, and even using a different browser. Nothing worked.
