Signed up for Spoitify Student, charged for Premium

Signed up for Spoitify Student, charged for Premium

Hello
I had signed up for the Discount for Students subscription and am still affiliated with my University. However, when I checked my bank account, I'm being charged for the full premium price. I then checked my account on the website and found that it is indeed set to Premium. I didn't change this.
What should I do about this?
