Signed up for normal premium instead of student premium

Hi,
I am a student in the UK and have been using Spotify premium for student since October 2017. This month my payment failed becaue my card has been replaced. So I made a payment this morning with a new payment method and was charged £14.99. I was so sure about the student discount that I did not check the payment I was making until much too late.
 
When I realised this, I cancelled my premium right away, hoping I would get a refund as I signed up this morning itself, which did not happen.
 
Now, would it be possible for you to revert me back to student discount and use my payment for an extended period of time. If not, could you please process a refund so that I can sign up again as a student.
 
I would really appreciate your help in this!
