Signed up for premium yesterday but still haven't received it

Signed up for premium yesterday but still haven't received it

Yesterday (Oct. 31) I tried signing up for the student version of premium with my usual email address.  I okay'd the transaction but it failed due to the server having issues with reading cards in general (it was a red filled in message sort of thing).  So, I didn't get premium at that time and thought maybe I needed to use my student email instead, thinking maybe the system needed an official email from the school to confirm I am a student.  Went through the same process and again, card reader issues (My card is active and had enough money in it; I checked my account statement then and there through online banking).  I even logged out and back in just to be sure there wasn't anything glitching out and that didn't seem to help.

Then today I check my bank account again and I see I am charged TWICE for student premium, which I still don't have or any confirmation of. No emails, which I assume are automated, showed up in either email accounts I have, nothing about Spotify premium confirmation or anything.  It gets weirder:  the transaction date is November 4th (Nov.1 the day I'm writing this).

All I want is Spotify Premium without being charged twice!  SOS

Hey @KurtGil,

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email, it's very likely just a pending charge: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/

Can you try manually verifying yourself as a student on https://spotify.sheerid.com?

Let me know how it goes!
