Signed up for the 3 Month Premium $1 Trial; 3 months have passed & now I'm being charged $10

I just found out today that I was charged $10.00 on my TD Bank account from Spotify. I had signed up for a 3 month premium trial for $1.00 prior and I'm almost positive that I opted not to renew my account after the 3 months were over. I was surprised to see that $10.00 was taken out of my account today and I really hope you can refund me my money and cancel my subscription. I'm an extremely broke college student and every dollar is important to me. Hopefully you can see where I'm coming from. Please, and thank you.
