When trying to log in on ps4 it will say "login failed"

Also when trying to log in on iPhone it says "log-in failed, you've already created an account with this e-mail address"

I'm a bit confused as I'm just trying to log into my account not "create" anything. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with activating premium.

Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that hasn't seemed to work.

Are you trying to login with your username + password or email address + password?

managed to sort this now thank you. Unfortunately it's not made very clear on iPhone that you should use your username not your e-mail.
