Signed up via Facebook, how do I de-link so I can listen at work?

signed in with facebook. tried to delete my account and re-sign up but i can't b/c my main email is linked to that old account. 

what can i do?

also, as an aside, i must admit that the customer service for this site is lacking. there should be a direct way to reach support (i have tried reaching out via Twitter multiple times)

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
