I have been trying to use the free service of Spotify but for some reason it is not possible for me to sign in anymore.
after I sight out it was for some reason impossible to sign in again.

the app tells me that either the email address or the password are incorrect
after changing my password - it was still not possible for me to sign in via the app
I have already tried this procedure numerous times

please leave some instructions what to do or that might be the problem!

If it tells your email/password is wrong it's definitely the case. Doublecheck that. Also make sure you don't have caps lock turned on.

Make sure you type the email adress correct and the password if you 100 procent sure that you typed it correct I would recomend you use facebook to log in 😉

If you're sure that you're entering the right credentials try logging in through www.spotify.com

If you can log in I'll suggest a reinstall (https://support.spotify.com/learn-more/faq/#!/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/) of the app, then try logging in through the app again.
