Simplify the process for Family members to join a Spotify Premium for Family account

Hi, a plea from a Spotify fan to your software dev team: It took me a couple of hours working online with your (very helpful) LiveChat team to get my family logged in to my family account.  The process is simply not clear at all. I was very close to quitting and moving over to Apple iTunes (which would have been annoying because I relly do love Spotify and have been with you guys for years). Would love to hear how you get on in simplifying this. Regards, Marty

Hey Marty, thanks for the feedback. 

 

We're always trying to find ways to make all our processes as user-friendly as possible, and we do understand that there's always room for improvement. We're curious about what happened. Was it during the invite, or the registration of new accounts for family members?
