Simply can't log in!

My daughter has her own Spotify account. She logs in with Facebook. A couple of days ago, she was logged out on her phone for some reason and now can't log back in.

She has tried everything suggested (restarting  device, deleting and re-installing,...)

She can't log in on her phone or her computer (web player or desktop)

Help.

Plese try resetting your Spotify account details at Facebook.com and let me know if this helps.

How do you reset? All I can do there is delete or change app visibility and notifications.

Ok, so the Facebook settings must have changed recently. Try deleting, then reinstalling it.

Already tried that! In Facebook, we deleted the Spotify app and reinstalled it. Still nothing. Tried logging in with a username instead, but no luck.

Right, so I recommend you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply email address) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam/Junk folder because sometimes emails might end up there.
