Since I can't change my account tupe on my I-Phone i did it on my computer

My account is not changed on my I-Phone. How can I have that corrected

Hey there!

 

Thanks for posting your issue on the Community!

Do you mean that you've changed your subscription type on your PC, but the change doesn't get reflected on your mobile device?

If this is so, please make sure you're logged into the same account on both devices.

To do so, on the desktop app, go to the top right corner and select your name -> Account. The email address reflected there should be the same as the one shown on your iPhone.

 

In case the account is the same one, on you mobile device, please log out and back into the app twice in a row.
This will trigger a manual sync of your settings and may help resolve the issue.
