Six Months Of Free Music - Login With Facebook - Not Worked!

Hi,

I have just signed up to Spotify for the first time with my facebook account because this article in the daily mail stated that Spotify offer a free 6 months free of music, but it hasn't worked, the usual free listen to music on the pc app works but it doesn't on my android device?!:

Can someone please let me know on this as it's frustrating to not have access to the promotion that has been advertised.

Hi.

That article was referring to the fact that Spotify gives free users unlimited listening for 6 months from the date the account was made.

To listen on a mobile you need a premium account, you always have done and you probably always will unless you live in the US and can get the free radio.

That article is fairly old and the limitations have changed slightly since then. The Daily Mail isn't the best source either.

The six months of free music you get is ad-supported on your desktop but does not extend to your mobile devices. After that time, you'll get 10 hours of listening per month.
