Slow support / unlinking Facebook

Hello folks,

 

I've recently decided to get rid of my Facebook account. Unfortunately I still need it to log-in to Spotify.

I read up on the Support page that the only way to unlink the Facebook account is to create a new premium account and import songs, playlists, followers, etc. from the other one (then that one gets disabled?).

 

I've written two support tickets (in German) on 27th Sept  and on 22nd Oct. with no response as of yet. By now my premium subscription on the Facebook account ran out and I miss listening to the playlists that I sophisticatedly created. I've been a Spotify premium member since about four years now and Support even taking more than a week seems rude to me. I understand that you probably don't get any priority over new or free users but it's the second time I made a case and my playlists are basically unusable on my phone.

 

Anyone else experiencing something like this? I can try making a case in English or might as well switch to a different provider.

Hi Maxim,

 

as you may or may not have noticed, my original account was disabled. Messaging their support on Facebook got my issue solved within less than 24 hours, which makes me wonder whether they're negligent of their original support.

 

Anyway, thanks for the suggestion, it sure helped.
