Smart postpaid subscriptions

How come I can't purchase premium using my smart carrier (Philippines) as a mode of payment. Yesterday when i tried to renew or subscribe to premium, I receive the PIN via SMS but it's not working. I also tried to subscribe again today twice, but I dont receive any SMS for the pin at all? The funny thing is, I've been subscribing in spotify for more than a year using the smart carrier to bill me. It even doing the auto renew before. But now, suddenly it's not working. I managed to renew my spotify premium using smart last november 28.

Follow the instructions to the T. 

tldr: remove the your smart number from Spotify subs and re-sub afterwards

I have tried to subscribe over and over again using my smart number but this shows up always.

in the <list no> part, you should type the number of the spotify or service you want to stop
