How do i change my spotify account from spañish to english?? Cant find a language setting

Yes, exactly. Sometimes a reboot is required to apply the language change.

Hey, it depends on what device you are trying to change the language. You can change the language of the Spotify desktop app in Preferences (Crtl + P) and selecting your language. On iOS or Android the language is the same as the one set in Settings.

Yea its an acer fone where im using it, so just change the language settings on my phone and it will change the language setting on spotify??
