Soitify login problem on samsung gear sport / Problema accesso Spotify su Samsung gear sport

 Hi to all,

i'm trying to use spotify offline on my gear sport (i have the premium account)

I can't login on Spotify gear sport app with facebook account so i'm trying to get a device password but when i click to the button (see the screen attached) i obtain this message: 

"Spiacenti, ma il tuo indirizzo e-mail non era disponibile. Disconnettiti, riaccedi e riprova. Se il problema persiste, contatta l'assistenza.

How can i solve?

Hey @82hl0n_8b-94, welcome to the Community!

You shouldn't need to log in if you set the app in Offline Mode after logging in. Do you have any trouble generating the device password using an incognito window?

You can also try a clean reinstall to see if it helps.
