Please go to your settings and uncheck "HIde unplayable tracks". Then view your playlists and you can see if your missing songs reappear (but greyed out, which means "not available anymore").
Unfortunately, Spotify is not responsible for missing music and removals of music that used to be available. If there's an artist/album/song missing, it's because the label/legal owner doesn't want it to be on Spotify or it is not available in your country (anymore).

It's common that music is added and removed from time to time, even if it's an old album.
These tracks are probably available in the country of TV4 but not in yours. We can't tell you why the legal owners don't want to have their music available everywhere but only in few countries. Might have something to do with release dates or something..
Make sure your country setting on the account page is correct:
