Some of the artists I follow have dissapeared from the library

Hi there! I use spotify for 3 months and lately I observed that many of the artists I follow are not included in my library. I haven't downloaded any of their songs but I could find them immediately in my library and listen to their music when I was on line,up until now! I would really appreciate if someone could tell me what's the matter. Is there a limit of artists you can follow or the ones you listen to rarely are removed from the library?

What device, operating system, and Spotify version is this happening on? Does it happen on different devices?

Also, how long has this been happening?
