Some one i dont know appears in my device

I am trying to understand **bleep** is going on here, i was driving yesterday and i saw a DEVICE named OMAR which i dont know who it is but it makes me not being able to listeen to my music and i need this fixed ASAP.

I tried removing all the familly from my list and changing the password and it does not work at all PLEASE HELP before i CANCEL this.

The best course of action when something like that happens is to create a new account with a different email address from the one you're using (Tip: don't use the one you use for Facebook). That will give you a different Spotify username.

Once you have this new account, fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you migrate your Premium privileges, library, playlists, friends, etc. to this new account.

Connected devices stay with the old account, so you'll have a fresh start without them.

The response given to me seem totally inadequate to me, it his a problem with programing on you're side and you should investigate this before it posses a threat to FACEBOOK, it is unacceptable to me to be given such a bad response in regards to a major issue, I am pretty sure APPLE don't have any major issues like that with there services, Has a PAYING customer I should not have to cancel and shuffle account and send emails back and forth because YOU GUYS as a company don't want to spend money fixing major issues with you're programs, if this is you're ONLY solution I will drop this service like a brick and move on to you're competitor.
